Getting help

Support in the sidebar is a conversation with the people who build Coagentic. Not a contact form and not email: you are already signed in, so we can already see which workspace you are writing from and what plan it is on, and the reply arrives in the same place you asked rather than in a mailbox you will not re-read.

Writing to us

Pick what kind of thing it is — something is wrong, a question, or an idea — give it one line of subject, and say what happened, what you expected, and anything you already tried. That last part saves a round trip more often than anything else.

You can attach files to any message: screenshots, an exported CSV, a log you copied. They go into your own media library, so you can see later what you sent. We can attach files back the same way.

What the statuses mean

Waiting on usYou wrote last. It is in our queue.
We repliedThere is an answer waiting for you.
SortedYou marked it done. Write again any time and it re-opens.
ClosedWe closed it. Start a new conversation if you need us again.

Your assistant can write for you

The assistant in the sidebar can open a conversation on your behalf and read what we said back — useful when it is the one that hit the problem. Ask it to “tell Coagentic that workflows stopped firing” and it will show you the wording before sending, because a person reads it.

It can only see your own workspace's conversations, and it cannot answer as us — a reply from Coagentic is always from Coagentic.

If you cannot sign in

Support lives inside your dashboard, so the one thing it cannot do is help somebody who cannot get in. For that — a locked account, a password reset that never arrived — use the contact page. It reaches the same people; the difference is that the reply comes by email, because there is nowhere else to put it yet.

What to write where

Support is for Coagentic itself — the platform being wrong, confusing, or missing something. Questions about running your own business are what your agents are for, and problems with your own site usually start at troubleshooting.
