Common questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you don't lose access mid-month.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drop to Free. Your projects, files, and database stay — you can export everything as an archive any time.
What is one agent credit?
One back-and-forth with the agent panel in your dashboard, including any tools it called. A simple change like 'add a new product' is 1 credit. A bigger build — 'set up an ecommerce site for handmade bags with payment, customer database, and order emails' — uses ~5–8 credits because the agent runs many tools in one conversation. All quotas reset on the 1st of each month.
Are site visitor chats counted against my agent credits?
No, they are tracked separately. When YOUR visitors talk to the AI assistant on your site, it's metered as 'site visitor chats'. You don't lose agent credits to your customers' questions, and they don't lose visitor-chat capacity to your dashboard work.
What if I go over my limits?
Each metric (agent credits, site visitor chats, automation runs, storage) pauses independently when its cap is hit. The site, dashboard, and other features keep working — only the maxed-out metric is blocked. Upgrade to lift the cap immediately or wait for the next cycle.
Can I try it before paying?
The Free plan is the trial, and it does not expire: one agent, one project, a real site and a real office. Upgrade when you outgrow it, and cancel whenever — the plan you paid for runs to the end of its period, and the workspace moves to Free after that. Nothing is deleted when it does: what is over the Free limits waits for you, it is not thrown away.
Do you offer refunds?
There is no blanket refund window — the Free plan is there so nobody has to buy to find out. Payments are handled by Polar as merchant of record, so any statutory right of withdrawal that applies where you live still applies; write to [email protected] and we will sort it out with them.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards worldwide. Tax/VAT is calculated automatically based on your billing country.
