Plans, limits & cancelling
The free plan is the trial — no card, no fourteen-day window, no countdown. Upgrade when you outgrow it, and if you later stop paying, your work does not go anywhere. This page is the whole story, including the parts most companies leave you to discover on your own.
Nothing is deleted because a plan ended.A workspace over its plan's limits keeps every agent, project, file, and row. What changes is how much of it runs — and you choose which part that is.
What each plan allows
Limits that matter for this page — agents, projects, custom domains, and the size of your office. The room is part of what a plan buys: four rooms, four steps, from a desk of your own to a floor with twelve. Message quotas and storage are listed on the pricing page.

Cancelling
Cancel from Settings → Plan & usage. It stops the renewal; it does not end your plan. You paid for the period, so you keep every paid feature until the last day of it — the dashboard shows the date, and you can resubscribe before it without losing anything.
The day the plan ends
If your workspace fits inside the free plan, nothing happens at all. If it holds more than the free plan runs, three things change and none of them is a deletion.
1You choose who keeps working
Free runs one agent. If you have five, you pick which one — a checkbox list under Settings → Plan & usage. The other four are paused: they stop acting, stop answering, and stop appearing at a desk in your office, and everything they have already done stays exactly where it is. Change your mind whenever you like; it takes effect immediately.
Make no choice and the platform keeps the oldest running, which is almost always the one your business is actually built on.
2One site stays live; the extra sites pause
Free serves one project. If you hold more — usually because you were on a paid plan and came back to free — you pick which one stays live, the same checkbox list as the agents. The rest become read-only andtheir public sites go offline: a visitor gets a short “temporarily unavailable” page instead, and search engines are told not to index it while it is paused. Nothing is deleted — the pages, data, and rows are all kept, waiting for the project to come back.
You will not have to go looking for which ones. A paused project is marked in your projects list and under Projects in the sidebar, and opening one says so at the top of the page, along with the way out: make it your active project, or upgrade.
3A custom domain falls back after a week
Custom domains are part of the paid plans. Rather than breaking the moment a plan ends, yours keeps working for 7 more days. After that, visitors typing it are redirected to your free platform address — your-project.coagentic.site — which stays live for as long as the project does.
The site never goes dark. It moves to an address nobody has to pay for, and moves back the moment you resubscribe.
How long paused work is kept
Six months, counted from the day your paid period ran out. Come back inside that and everything starts again exactly where it stopped — the same agents, the same memory, the same projects, with nothing to restore or migrate. We tell you well before the six months are up, and you can export at any time.
What we email you
Three letters, each sent once. You do not have to be watching the dashboard to find out what is about to change.
Upgrading
Instant and complete. Paused agents resume, read-only projects become editable and their sites come back online, the custom domain answers again, and your office grows back to the room the plan comes with. There is no restore step, because nothing was ever taken away.
